Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is opening a new spa in Hand & Stone - Lehi! We are growing rapidly and have become an addition to an already successful franchise system with over 500 locations across the US and Canada!
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Assistant Spa Manager to help lead our team and support the daily operations of our spa.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the beauty/wellness industry, enjoys leading people, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily spa operations and assist in managing the front desk team
- Help drive sales in memberships, upgrades, retail, and guest rebooking
- Coach and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming spa environment
- Assist with scheduling, coverage, and team accountability
- Help train new team members and reinforce spa standards
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day flow
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience in spa, salon, retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable coaching staff and holding standards
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
